3 Healthy side dish recipes


You do not know what to bring as an accompaniment dish to the next party? Here are 3 delicious recipes to bring to the next party:

1. Cauliflower recipe

This is the recipe that you will have your friends who will ask you to bring to each party!

Ingredients:
1 bag of rice cauliflower
2 large spinach handles
1 cup of full cottage cheese (I used @Good_culture))
1/4 cheddar cheese cup
Garlic, rosemary and salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Sauté the rice of frozen cauliflower in a saucepan with chopped spinach and seasoning.
2. In a food processor or a mixer. Mix the cottage cheese until smooth consistency.
3. Leave to cool the cauliflower mixture, then combine it with the cottage cheese and the cheddar until they are well mixed.
4. Preheat your fryer to 350 then line it with paper or parchment paper
5. Use a tablespoon to collect and form the mixture in “everything”
6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes. Mine has taken about 15, but check them regularly because all fryers and homes cook at different temperatures / rate.

2. Watermelon feta salad

This refreshing salad is the perfect combination of sweet and tasty.

Ingredients:

Half a watermelon

One to two cucumbers (depending on the number of people you serve)

Mint leaves

1 lemon

Optional: Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

1. Cut fresh watermelon into cubes

2. Cut one to two cucumbers into slices

3. Crumble feta cheese on top

4. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves

5. Press lemon juice on the mixer

6. Optional: Drizzle with a balsamic frosting for an additional flavor explosion.

3. Handling bombs

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup of cocoa butter
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cooking coconuts
2 stew tables monkfruit (optional)

1/4 cup of chia seeds and / or hemp seeds

Instructions:

1. Add the cocoa butter to a small low -medium heat pan and start adding the almond butter and monkfruit, if you use. Let them all melt together (3-5 minutes) while stirring from time to time.


2. Mix all the ingredients (with the exception of the garnishes) in a medium bowl and collect in a doubled muffin box.

3. Sprinkle the toppings on top and that’s it! You have finished.

4. Place in the refrigerator or the freezer to settle! So frozen, put them on the counter for 5 to 10 minutes before eating to let them soften a little. Keep in the freezer.
