5 Tips to Stay Motivated


Last week of the summer shape is there !! Whether you have taken up the whole challenge until this week or half, it’s time to come back, motivate you and finish hard. This Grand Prix awaits you;)

5 tips to help you stay on the right track during the last week:

1. Set a goal for the last week

Whether it is to reach a new personal record in your training sequence or stick to the hot body meal plan without any slippage, set a specific objective for last week will give you something to work. Write it and remember daily to stay focused.

2. Do not compare yourself to others

Everyone’s fitness course is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own achievements and how far you have traveled from the start of SSU.

3. Stay positive

The positive self-discourse can help you keep you motivated. Remember all the hard work you have put so far and the progress you have made. Encourage yourself with statements and believe in your ability to complete the strong challenge.

4. Press your responsibility group

Your responsibility group is there to support you, so don’t be afraid to contact them for motivation if you feel away from your goals. Share your difficulties, your achievements and your goals with your LSF girls and let them lift you. Knowing that you are not alone in this trip is incredibly stimulating.

5. Celebrate how far you came

Take the time to celebrate how far you have traveled your fitness journey. Recognize all the hard work and the dedication you have put in the past few weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and to SSU!

This last week of SSU is your chance to finish loudly and showing you what you can do. Stay motivated, stay positive and do not give up. You succeeded in week 6 and it’s incredible!
