Apple has announced a new application, the Games application, which serves as a game center to replace its aging game center.
The application will replace Game Center and will be preinstalled on Apple devices, with more functions.
Ann Thai d’Apple said that the new application will have a game section of the App Store and recommend games. The company made this announcement at the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC).
Apple had efforts in the game in the past. He created Game Center in 2010 as a game activity center and a place to organize your games. And in 2019, he made his debut Apple Arcade, funding many game developers to make games for his subscription game service.
There is a library tab for all your games. You can play with a controller, which facilitates the passage from one game to another. You can compare scores and achievements with friends and bring friends to scores -based events via game challenges. For developers, the challenges are built above the Game Center rankings. Solo games can be transformed into competitions where you can top a winner and see scores in real time. There are more ways to rally a group.
“It’s an all-in-one destination for games and playing with friends,” said Thai.
The Home tab shows the game information that is relevant to you. He has things like events and recommendations cannot be missed. He has an Apple Arcade tab and he shows you friends who play in game together.
On MacOS, the new game application is available and can provide your screen with a new game superposition. MacOS Tahoe will introduce metal 4 with the interpolation of the frame, the lag and more.
