However, moderate walking can help reduce blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, take care of joints and promote healthy weight. Lacee therefore brings its contagious energy and its optimism in this accessible program to help you transform your health with 5 easy -to -follow walking sessions, adapted to beginners and the most advanced. Each session helps you give priority to the movement with sessions of 15 to 30 minutes and does not require a carpet.
