ICE deports 122 Chinese illegal aliens with murder, rape convictions

ICE officials say that the charter flight to China was in the interest of public security.

According to an ice press release, many people withdrawn had been convicted of serious crimes, including murder, rape, human smuggling, corruption and drug trafficking.

A kidnapped man was a 47 -year -old man with a condemnation for murder. Another was a 27 -year -old man found guilty of rape. Others listed included drug traffickers and smugglers.

“Thanks to our partnerships interinstitutions and our coordinations in ice offices, we have managed to remove these individuals, many of whom were found guilty of flagrant crimes,” said Ice application and elimination operations (ERO) Director of the Dallas field office, Josh Johnson.

“This operation not only improves the public security of our communities through the United States, but also strengthens national security. Our ice colleagues come to work every day to identify, stop and remove illegal foreigners who try to circumvent the immigration laws of our country.”

The flight also reflects the difficult position that President of President Trump took during his second term with regard to China.
