'Racially motivated' attacks spark second night of unrest in Northern Irish town

Police clashed with demonstrators in the North Irish city of Ballymena for the second consecutive evening on Tuesday after the arrest of two adolescents for their alleged rape of a young girl led to “racially” attacks against “foreigners”, a continuation of recurrent recurring disorders in the country in recent years.
