Read is accused of having turned O’Keefe after a night of drinking and letting him die as she went to his house and left her making vocal messages that were raging while her niece and her nephew slept in the house. Based on his tests, he said he had excluded an impact with Lexus LX 570’s arm from the SUV and O’Keefe of Read in 2021 as the cause of these injuries.
“They are incompatible with the rear fire or the product following contact with the rear light,” he said.

The accusation says that these minor injuries came from an impact with Read’s broken back fire after having pretended to ride O’Keefe on January 29, 2022 and let him die on the ground in the snow.
