ISIS supporter scouted Sooners’ stadium for terrorist attack, court documents say

Swinford and the infiltration officer were in communication from May 2023 until October, and Swinford told the infiltrated officer that he intended to go to Tunisia to fight for the Islamic State.

Swinford said he would have “unfortunately” attacking the attack if he had been able to afford it.

Swinford also had the point of attacking New Orleans, which was the site of a terrorist attack on New Year’s day. Swinford wanted to lead an attack during fat Tuesday at the Voodoo temple.

Swinford pleaded guilty to accusations of possession of juvenile pornography and transmission of a threat to interstate trade. He awaits the conviction for these accusations.

The latest documents related to Swinford at Isis Communication were published on Monday. The judicial archives indicate that Swinford told FBI officials that he had posted to influence others to bomb local synagogues and inspire others on behalf of the Islamic State.
