Jermaine Dupri Reveals the Best Advice Quincy Jones Ever Gave Him

Quincy Jones is formatted Jermaine dupriLife in more than one way.

Dupri, 52, says that the late producer influenced his music career through Jones’ legendary compositions, albums and singles – but it is a personal wisdom that sticks the most.

10. I don’t think I’ve ever been a starstruck. I feel like I had to be in the music industry, so when I met people, I already felt I know.
