Head of the majority of the Senate John ThuneRs.d., says he is ready to keep the senators on Capitol Hill during the weekends and the holidays, even through the recess of July 4 if necessary to adopt the “big bill” which now simmer in the Senate.
“This is an enormous priority, of course, for the president. He campaigned on it,” said Thune this weekend.Fox News Sunday. “”
“This is an agenda to which we are all engaged, and we will take place in the recess of July 4, if necessary, in order to put this on the office of the president.”

The Republicans support the bill that the measure supported by Trump will not reach the president’s office before the holidays of July 4. Texas Sen. Ted is among those doubtful.
Addressing concern, Thune told Fox News’ Shannon Bream With confidence, “it’s going to do.”
The Southern Dakota Republican also addressed those who are in his own reluctant party to offer their “yeah” for the “great beautiful bill”, with certain concerns quoting that this could contribute to the deficit.

Thune said that, on the one hand, the bill contains “pro -growth” policies – tax, energy and regulatory nature. On the other hand, he said, the bill would offer a massive reduction in expenses.
“It will be the greatest reduction in spending in history,” he said.
