Hong Kong – An India air flight returned to Hong Kong on Monday shortly after takeoff due to a “technical problem” of the air, said the airline, only four days after one of the company’s flights crashed and killed at least 270 people. The plane that turned on Monday was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, just like the Air India flight which crashed in buildings In the city of western Ahmedabad India Thursday morning.
Air India said in a statement that the plane in New Delhi landed in Hong Kong on Monday in complete safety and had undergone checks “abundant”.
The authority of the airport, Hong Kong, declared in a separate declaration that the AI315 flight had returned to the airport of the Southern Chinese city around 1 p.m.

The AI315 flight was a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, like the AI171, the Air India flight which struck a medical college inn in Ahmedabad a few minutes after taking off from the city’s airport on Thursday. The accident killed 241 people aboard the plane and at least 29 on the ground. A passenger, a British national, survived.
Air India, the country’s standard bearer airline, said alternative arrangements had been made to pilot the Hong Kong passengers in New Delhi flying to their destination as soon as possible.
Indian authorities have ordered Air India to carry out additional security checks on all the airline Boeing 787 following Thursday’s accident, but neither these authorities nor Boeing suggested founding the planes.
There are more than 360 Boeing 787-8 in service worldwide, American Airlines operating more than any other carrier.
