Apple’s iOS 26 public beta release date is planned for July


Apple wwdc is here and with this comes some of the largest operational developments in the company – as well as the confirmation of the moment you can consult them in beta version. WWDC this year Bring the expected news of a visual overhaul which is on the scale of the platform, with modifications such as round icons on the home screen and the control center.

The company launched its first major overhaul from iOS 7, calling it “our widest design update of all time”. The new uniform design on all devices includes a new material called liquid glass. This theme of translucent design appears through bones on widgets, icons and even through a new light mode, available alongside light and dark modes.

Apple also confirmed rumors that it modifies the names of its operating systems. So, instead of obtaining iOS 19 this fall, it will be the iOS 26, representing the Apple system for the coming year. The same goes for the operating systems of all other devices, such as iPados 26, MacOS 26 and so on. However, Apple sticks to its names on the theme of California for MacOS, appointing the next Tahoe version.

Wwdc revealed a range of iOS 26 updates, including strike indicators for group cats and live translations on iMessage, FaceTime and calls, even if the other person has no iPhone.

So when can you see some of these changes for yourself? Betas for all Apple platforms (iOS, iPados, MacOS, Watchos, Visionos and Tvos) were released on June 9 via the Apple Developer program, while a public beta version should roll our July through the Deep of Apple Beta software.
