OpenAI new recruiting head says ‘unprecedented pressure to grow’

Candela joined Openai last year as manager of the preparation for the construction of AI systems. He has a doctorate in automatic learning and has spent decades focusing on AI disciplines. He previously worked on Facebook for more than nine years, leading the efforts responsible for the company’s AI and his automatic learning group.

The new recruitment chief said that he was aimed at “helping to build an incredibly capable and aligned workforce on the mission, deeply linked to our values ​​and AG”. He added that the company has almost increased tenfold in the past two and a half years.
