6.13 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hi friends! Happy Friday! How are you doing? I hope you had a wonderful week! We are still there in Seville and take advantage of food, sites, purchases, time, time with friends and tourist / tourist events. I cross my fingers that the pilot can go here to celebrate Fathers Festival! I hope you spend a fun and relaxing weekend to come.

Some photos of the week:

(We have dinner in the house of our friends almost every night during the week. We do a family dinner, and we each do a few things. It saves us from having to eat for each meal – it’s fun to go out to eat, but not every night for 6 weeks. A little in our little Airbnb kitchen and I will soon share a message with some Airbnb recipes.)

I would love to hear what you did and what you have this weekend.

It is time for the weekly Friday favorites Day. This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the comments section below.

6.13 Friday Faves

Mode + beauty + random:

Summer favorites.

Since we are definitely in the heart of summer, I wanted to share some of my favorite summer things:

Obsessed with this swimsuit collaboration

Children love these reusable water balls

-For on pool days, I usually wear a visor like this

-I took This beach tent in Hawaii with us last year. It was so practical and I didn’t have to spend $ 90 a day for a chair + umbrella

My essential cover

It has not yet happened but I can’t wait to try it for dry skin

-I often ask me questions about sunscreen recs, and we usually use This one for the body And This one for the face. They have cleaner ingredients and are super soft.

The perfect black swimsuit. It is not too cheeky, the adjustment is perfect (faithful to the size), and it is the soft tight tissue that we all love

These big loop birks are just a little more polite / dressed than ordinary birks

-This week, if you spend $ 149 at Equilife, You get a free isolated totethat I use all summer. It is a perfect farmer’s market bag, a bag of roadtrip, a beach bag, you call it. To reach $ 149, I would mix and match these articles: Daily nutritional support (I have this every day), magnesium,, melatonin (This prevented me again the jet lag this year),Omega 3s,, detoxification kit Or Living Weighted Coverage. If this is your first order, stack my fitness 10 code for 10% reduction. * Stay listening for an enormous Balanced gift in July! *

Read, look, listen:

After two pounds of Bla immediately, This one was a joy.

The podcast is now on YouTube! One of my goals this year was to work on the growth of the podcast, but when our lives became completely crazy after the pilot’s retirement, withdrawing p from the school, and all … that did not happen. I had the chance to release an episode every week. Luckily, a producer of Podcast contacted me to help the show, we had a call and I decided to go. It was a Total Gamechanger and I am so excited to welcome Eric in my little team 🙂 He now changes the podcast, download it, producing videos for YouTube and creates coils from the content. I am so excited that more to go live !! My YouTube channel that has died for 3 years has returned to life! Check it here.

(And of course, the few episodes of Frist were just after the removal of the taupe on my chin, but the bandage looked worse than the scar, so I was like anything.

Fitness, health and good dishes:

I continue Sculpt the company’s training sessions In the airbnb and they feel so well. .You can try it for free with my link here!

I also ended up getting a subscription to the gymnasium so that I could take the children to the swimming pool, and it was a pleasure to take lessons from Zumba, Bodypump, lift weights and enjoy the functional force area and cardio Technogym equipment <- My fave of all time

A couple of grocery store in Spain finds:

This pot of peanut butter was two euros and has a taste of the genre you grind you in Whole Foods. The only ingredient is roasted peanuts. So good. We have officially traveled three pots of peanut butter and three Nutella pots since we are here.

This week’s bar obsession is as follows:

(Just dried fruit and nuts. Similar to the Nakd bars but a slightly larger and different texture.)

Thank you very much for stopping in the blog today! Have an incredible weekend and I will see you soon!

xoxo
