The American judge appointed by Biden, Julia Kobick, made a decision on Tuesday to temporarily block the Trump administration Move to allow only two sexes, men and women, on American passports.

The judge wrote that politics would bring transgender individuals to “feel anxiety and psychological distress or fear for their security if they were to travel with passports bearing a sexual designation corresponding to their gender attributed to birth, largely because they” came out “each time they presented their passports”.
