The “Jurassic World” trilogy, which is not like the “Star Wars” -Prequel trilogy, goes down a mixed bag in one of the world’s largest franchis. The “Dominion” of 2022 is never completely committed to what we thought it would happen: dinosaurs are wrinkling in cities around the world. So why not, exactly?
