Ironheart Episode 3 Features A Cameo From The First MCU Villain (But Not How You Think)

This article contains spoilers “Ironheart” season 1, episode 3, “We are in danger, girl”.

In 2008, the Stark Industries Coo Obadiah Stan (Jeff Bridges) became the first Marvel Cinematic Universe in the movie “Iron Man”. When he was tired of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), when the decision of the Afghanistan abduction after the Afghanistan is lost (not to mention incredibly disgusting Stark, the said kidnapping, which Stane had personally arranged for the company), an ominous businessman who has built a giant charging.

In 2025, Obadiah Stane will be released again in MCU – but this time his shape is much less compelling. “Ironheart” season 1, episode 3, “we in danger, girl” Riri Williams “(Dominique Thorne) Scruffy Joe McGillicuddy (Alden Ehrenreich) to ask for help in an urgent technique, which turns out to be a bit of a bodily horror in the form of inoperable cybernetic. Despite the little Nerrtti’s pre -city area, it also owns a bunker full of highly illegal advanced weapon technology.

Fortunately, this episode provides answers to a friend. When treating short circuits inside the open wound of the river arm, Riri passes through the kitchen cabinet for disinfectant and encounters a large plastic bag full of strange powder. When he realizes that it is the ashes of the father of the river, he drops the bag and some of the content leaks. The next mild chaos reveals “Obadiah S.” The bag label and a penny in the end falls in the end: these are once a great Obadiah -stanned mortal remnant … which in turn means that Joe is the son of a “Iron Man” angonist.

The Stane family makes a great comeback in Ironheart

The announcement that Joe, whose real name is Ezekiel Stane, occasionally keeps his father around the ashes of his father, speaks a lot about his attitude towards his old husband. In fact, he quickly informs Rir that the two were not close and continued to empty the ash that leaked very little. This is because he is fully aware of how “Iron Man” events played, and has done his job in his life to avoid the coming of his father.

Considering that Ezekiel is now linked to the armored superhero and his cartoon response is super wool, it is still visible to see how well he can keep with that program. However, in his recognition, he definitely admits that a joke of fate is trying to play him when a very Tony Stark-Esque Riri and his armor’s suit arrive in his life. This perception and fear of exposure to Stani is an important reason for his original reluctance to help him.

In its current form, there is no way to know what the artist named Joe McGillicuddy has been going on. She looks like a decent person and fans who remember “Iron Man 3” and its mandarin thread Know that McU has played quickly and loose with Iron Man clips. Yet a revelation of his true identity and fear of becoming a super wool seems to fit “Ironheart” who wants to be Marvel’s response to “breaking”, “ So who knows? Now that he has approved Ririn to use highly trace technology, the fate of Ezekiel is truly tied with him, which is likely to make them either solid allies or bitter enemies.

Obadiah Stane’s reputation in MCU is still fixed

Ezekiel Stane may be aware of his father less than salty late life activities, but the same cannot be said for the rest of MCU. In fact, since Obadiah has not been the subject of too many internal references to the universe, “we in danger, the girl” acts as a refreshing reminder of his surprisingly lofty heritage.

As Riri’s comments reveal, the general public remembers the technical mogul as a biggling, believing that Stane died in a dramatic flight accident instead of a bloodthirsty attempt to kill Tony Stark. Owned MCU fans remember that this is a reference to the Shield’s Shield -Agent Phil Courton (Clark Gregg), cooked as a result of the “Iron Man” battle, so technically this is not new information. Still, it is interesting to get an Obadiah Stane update, which confirms that the cover story has kept in many turmoil that MCU has gone through since then. After all “Iron Man” original end left the door open to Jeff Bridges to returnThe one that we really got makes it very clear that he will not come back in a hurry, so this may well be the last one we hear about the character … especially now that the city has a brand new Stane.

Episodes 1-3 “Ironheart” are now available with Disney+.
