Shohei Ohtani, Los Angeles Dodgers’ designated striker was back on the mound on Saturday.
The Kansas City Royals welcomed the Dodgers of NL West-Lead. Ohtani had his longest outburst outing of the season in Kansas City. While the Dodgers abandoned Saturday’s match against the Royals, Ohtani granted only one blow on two rounds.
He had only done one round during previous departures this season when he continued to raise the pitching activity after being operated in 2023 on his elbow.

One of the locations that Ohtani launched from Kauffman Stadium Mound struck 101.7 MPH, the highest speed of all terrains that the double -way star launched in his MLB career.
“Having Shohei through two rounds throwing the ball as he did is certainly a positive,” said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. “I did not know that it was 102 (MPH). I just saw 100, so, no, I did not expect that. Now I will keep my fingers that he feel good when I got out of today.”
Ohtani hit three times as a headache Dodgers’ 9-5 loss.
The triple MVP did not launch last season, its first with the Dodgers, while recovering from Tommy John surgery. He made 86 departures as leaving in five seasons with the Los Angeles Angels, going 38-19 with an MPM of 3.01.

He granted a single to Bobby Witt Jr. in the first and marked Maikel Garcia before launching the quick ball of 101.7 MPH on a 0-2 account for Vinnie Pasquantino, who finished in double game.
“This is something that I don’t think I would be able to do in a live BP setting,” said Ohtani. “It’s nice to be able to hit this bike and see how my body reacts.”
