The Algerian authorities condemned a French sports journalist, known for his coverage of African football, to seven years in prison to “gloring terrorism”, according to journalists from the Group of Media Documents Sans Frontières (RSF). Christophe Gleizes, 36, contributor to So Foot Magazine, was sentenced by a court to Tizi Ouzou to be placed immediately.
