On Monday, March 3, Mena took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos with her more than 6 million followers. Furthermore, it showed two different instances of Mena posing while on set. In one set of flicks, she rocked wavy tresses, a strapless black gown, and gloves. Meanwhile, in the second set of flicks, she rocked a half-up, half-down hairstyle with a strapless red gown adorned with a cutout to show her cleavage.

To note, in 2022, Dr. Ashjian shared a photo of Mena on his accountnoting that she was two years post-op at the time.
