T-Mobile also offers versions at reduced prices with many of its regular plans for customers over 55 years old. For those who want a little more features, data and certain extras like to get a new phone every two years, the smaller Go5g of T-Mobile deserves to be checked.
Its Go5G Plus plan Plus 55 is $ 75 per month for one line or $ 110 per month for two lines (extensible at $ 165 per month for three lines or $ 220 per month for four lines) with Autopay activated. Note that current discounts make this plan the same thing as a more standard Go5g plan if you use automatically, but it is lower than the regular plan if you do not plan to use the automatic. The plan includes the same advantages as T-Mobile’s standard plans, like 4K Streaming, 50 GB of Hotspot 4G LTE data and 15 GB of high-speed data (depending on the area, it can only be 4G LTE rather than 5G speeds) in Mexico and Canada. In addition, it includes Apple TV Plus and Netflix subscriptions.
This plan also allows subscribers to upgrade their phone every two years, the same marked advantage as the standard Go5g plus plan launched with. The only warning is that plan owners will have to reimburse 50% of their existing phone at the time of upgrade, but that should not be too many problems for most subscribers. Subscribers can also obtain the same discounts on devices as T-Mobile offers new customers who move from other operators.
Experience beyond the W / 55+ plan is more expensive at $ 85 per month for a line or $ 130 per month for two lines (also extendable up to four lines), but offers some extras – especially that subscribers can upgrade their phones using new customer aircraft offered each year instead of every two years. But this plan also has access to Hulu with advertisements, a 5-year price guarantee and a satellite connectivity service beyond the T-Mobile network.
Note that T-Mobile also offers the Go5g 55 plan, which is cheaper than the above plans, but offers less data on mobile hotspot, fewer streaming services and does not include two-year-old telephone ups. If you can live without phone upgrades and want to save a few dollars each month, opt for the Go5g 55 plan, which is $ 60 per month for a line or $ 90 for two lines, a 15 GB of data on hotspot per month and offers Netflix with advertisements.
An advantage of each T-Mobile 55+ plan: only the customer who registered with these plans must be 55 years old or over, anyone on additional lines does not need to adapt to these criteria.
