Each game keyboard The manufacturer seems to jump on the Hall Effect BandwagonAnd why not? Keyboard technology has been proven in the two Esports arenas and home office Configures the world and offers countless advantages Standard mechanical keyboardsWithout real performance compromise.
Hall effect keyboards have also arrived while countless other technologies are part of the keyboard: everything, from participation in joints in tactile cobblestones, is now in consumer keyboards. It also means that I regularly see new products, mechanics and hall effect, with features that I had never even considered before. Example, the Asus Rog Falchion ACE HFX, a small keyboard with a large name and a lot of unusual features.
This $ 200 wired keyboard has hall switches, an 8,000 Hz survey rateMultidevice connectivity with two USB-C ports and a programmable touchpad on the rear edge. Without forgetting countless orders on the key boards and a flippable lever to activate or deactivate the quick trigger function found on most hall keyboards. Although she has strange design decisions, she also has a lot of very intelligent things.

Falchion has one of the deepest striking sounds compared to other Hall effect keyboards. It is probably a combination of unique HFX magnetic switches from the keyboard, one of the few I tested that are not made by Gateron, and the damping of sound inside. It consists of several layers of foam, porn and silicone, and a sheet of small rubber domes.
Switzers feel incredibly smooth, even when they are slowly pressed, with a coherent feeling throughout the pressure. They use a higher polycarbonate case, a pompon rod and a pom background, contributing to the deeper striking sound and ensuring sweetness on the whole key. Unlike most Hall effect switches, the HFX has no hole in the center, it moves the magnet to the front, where the metal contact sheet would generally be on a mechanical switch. This makes the falchion incompatible with standard effect switches, but probably also improves the sound profile: open switches tend to have more hollow striking sound, which can be heard on competitors.
The springs are weighted at 55 grams of total force, which is 5 grams lighter than the double rail switch Keychronand 10 grams lighter than the standard Cherry MX Red. There are no other switches available for this keyboard, but as Hall effect switches are contactless, existing switches can be deleted without any desolation or large disassembly.
I did not find myself wanting to change the switches, however – they have a poppy and deep sound which is incredibly clear, and they feel reactive and smooth, especially with an activated fast trigger. My biggest problem with the dactylography experience was the Keys. They have a rough texture which, although sinister, felt significantly coarse and unpleasant during the shot. This comes down to preference, but I found them less pleasant than the smooth or slightly textured keys.
