The 27-year-old actress has collaborated with SOSA, an uninitiated organization (safe on online sexual abuse) to help fight the ever-growing problem of young children’s online element.

“Someone is hard to find because they do not use their right name or processing, and we have to do research who these people are,” he explained. “I was surprised by the number of men who wanted to talk to young girls. It’s hundreds of thousands of men.”

“These men don’t look like predators. They look like an adjoining guy. They are usually married to children and have pets. They look nice because they talk about their daily lives, but they try to meet with a 12-year-old girl,” Winter shared.

“The film and TV industry is a dark place,” Winter said, pointing out how his experienced trauma led him to seek therapy.

His partnership with SOSA is part of his constant commitment to help prevent such abuse. “I like working with Sosa because women help women,” he said, emphasizing his dedication to continue this work as long as he can.
