Aventon Level 3 Review: A Fantastic First Electric Bike

I love the settings of avoidance by step, not only because it allows my much shorter wife to borrow the bicycle when she wears a skirt, but also because when a bike is so heavy (67 pounds), it is much easier to balance and jump and detach. I never felt summary by hitting an intersection or trying to keep my bike straight when I had a saddle bag full of grocery store.

The gear and transmission are Shimano Altus entry -level stuff and include controlled transmission by 8 -speed trigger. It is also delivered with decent Kenda tires which offer a lot of grip, even on the sliding portland roads.

There is an integrated 4G connection that allows you to follow the bike, which is in flight and also in case you, like me, forget where you parked your bike at the Portland Timbers game. The 500 W engine was more than powerful enough to get me through the hills, even with trailer equipment or food.

Even for my large body of 210 pounds, the range has proven more than sufficient for long turnipping trips. I took it more than 20 miles across the city in a single session, on Big Hills, and I always ended at your destination with more than 20% battery. If I had not run the bike at full speed throughout the way and that I had pedalled more on the apartments instead of using the thumb accelerator, I would have easily done with half my battery.

That said, it’s good to have the possibility of a daddy’s gas when you feel lazy and just want an glorified electric scooter To bring you home, which is not offered by vehicles for bikes.

For daily trips, trips to the producer market and occasional weekend walks, Adenton Level 3 is an excellent choice. The price is correct, the specifications are solid and it is a driving that has a confidence that all the features need. Just hang a good helmet and A solid bike lock.
