Boxing Results: Mielnicki Jr. Pitches Shutout Against Undefeated Kamil Gardzielik

Middleweight Vito ‘White Majic’ Mielnicki, Jr. (21-1-1, 12 Kos) Easily Defeated Poland’s Kamil Gardzielik (19-1, 4 Kos), Winning All Ten Rounds for a unanimous Decision, Scring a Lone Knockdown on Saturday Night at the Prudential Center Newark, New Jersey.

In the First Round, Mielnicki Controlled with His Jab the Entire Round. In the Third Round, Mielnicki Landed a Right on the Chin, Dropping Garzielik for An 8-Count from Referee Dave Franciosi, Drawing Blood from His Nose.

From the Fourth Through the Seventh Rounds, Mielnicki Used A Jab and Some Body Work, Backing Garzielik Up All The Time. In the Eighth and Ninth Rounds, it continued with Mielnicki Taking Every Round Simply With His Jab. In the Tenth and Final Round, Garzielik, in the First Minute, Finully Threw Some Punches Before Going Back on the Defense. Moneynicki had an easy night overall.

The Scores Were 100-89, 100-89, and 100-89.

In the co-feature, Middleweight Jahi Tucker (15-1-1, 6 Kos) Defeated Southpaw Lorenzo ‘Truck’ Simpson (15-3, 9 Kos) by a 10-round unanimous Decision.

In the second round, Simpson Landed a Jab and was countered by a tucker Flurry of Punches in the final minute. In the Third, Simpson Only Throws One At a Time, While Tucker Throws Two or Three. In the Sixth Round, Tucker Landed Several Uppercuts as Simpson Seemed to Duck Into Them, With Little Offense from Simpson.

In the tenant and final round, the sloppiness and clinching continued with Tucker Tooking Another Round

The Scores Were 96-94, 97-93, and 97-93. Eric Dali was the referee.

Heavyweight Damian ‘Polish Hussar’ Knyba (16-0, 10 Kos) Knocked Out Marcin ‘Misiek’ Siwy (25-1-1, 12 Kos) at the End of the Eighth Round due to a cut in a Scheduled 10-round end.

In the second round, a clash of heads caused a cut on the left eyebrow of the much taller knyba. In the Third Round, Referee Harvey Dock Twice Warned Knyba for Hitting Behind the Head. In the Fifth Round, Knyba Landed A Right to the Body, Hurting Siwy Halfway Through the Round.

In the Sixth Round, Siwy Suffered a Cut on His Left Eyebrow from a Knyba Chopping Right. In the seventh round, knyba used his jab to make the cut worse. In the Eighth Round, Knyba Landed Half A Dozen Unanswered Punches to the Head and A Few to the Body. At the end of the round, the ring physician stopped it due to the cut siwy suffered in the sixth round.

Super Welterweight Dwyke ‘The Genius’ Flemmings, Jr., (11-0, 10 Kos) Stopped Demian ‘Popi’ Fernandez (15-7, 5 Kos) at 2:09 of the First Round of A Scheduled Eight Rounds.

In the First Round, Flemmings Landed A Dozen Unanswered Punches. Seconds later, a right to the body dropped fernandez for an 8-cound from referee harvey dock. Fernandez FOUGHT BACK, Landing a Flurry of Punches. Seconds Later, Again, A Body Shot Dropped Fernandez for An 8-Count. In Third Time, Flemmings Dropped Fernandez with a body shot, Calling a Halt by referee dock.

Heavyweight Norman Neely (16-1, 11 Kos) Knocked Out James Willis (6-2-1, 5 Kos) at 2:08 of the First Round of A Scheduled Eight Rounds.

In the First Round in the Final Minute, Neely Landed a Big Right on the Chinet, Having Him in the Corner, when Referee Eric Dali Stepped in, Calling a Halt. Was it an early stopping? Willis Thought so.

Super Lightweight Brandun Lee (30-0, 23 kos) won a lopsided unanimous decision over a non-wet-to-fight elias ‘macho’ damian araujo (22-6, 9 kos) over eight dul rounds.

In the First Round, Araujo Ran Around the Ring, Rarely Throwing A Punch, As Lee Stalked Him, Having Returned after Eleven Months of Inactivity. In the second round, Lee Landed a Body Shot, and Off to the Races Went Araujo.

In the Fifth Round, Lee Landed a Borderline Left, and Down Went Araujo, Looking for a Way Out. Referred Eric Dali Gave Him Five Minutes to coup.

In the seventh, lee was able to land sometimes shots as araujo comes in Head First, Still Not Willing to Mix It Up. In the Eighth and final round, Araujo WOULD RUSH IN, NOT LANDING ANYTHING, With Lee Landing Four Punches to the Head, Enough to Take the Round.

The Judges’ Scores Were 80-72, 80-72, and 80-72.

Super Bantamweight Lisandra Contreras (1-0) Defeated Montana Week (1-1, 1 KB) by a Four-Round unanimous Decision, Scring a Lone Knockdown.

In the First Round, Halfway Point, Contreras Landed A Hard Left Hook, Followed by A Right on the Chin, and Down Went Weems for An 8-Count from Referee Mary Glover with Half a Minute Remaining. In the second round, counteras won close round.

In the Third Round, Came back wees, out-arguing counteras in a close round. In the Fourth and Final Round, Contreras Landed the Heavier Punches Over the Shorter Weems.

The Scores Were 40-35, 40-35, and 40-35.

Super Welterweight Kahshad Elliott (5-0, 4 Kos) Beat Titus ‘Sniper’ Ashe (1-1, 1 ko) by A Four-Round Unanimous Decision.

In the First Three Rounds, Elliott had an edge. In the Fourth and Final Round, Though Against the Ropes, Ashe Reopened a Cut on the Left Eyebrow of Elliott.

Scores 38-35, 38-35, and 38-35. Mary Glover was the referee.

Welterweight Muadh ‘Nim’ Abdus-Salaam (1-0) won a 4-Round majority decision over Roberto CANTOS (1-4).

In the First Two Rounds, Abdus-Salaam Had an Edge. In the Third, It was cantos. In the Fourth and Final Round, Cantos Outworked Abdus-Salaam Through The First Two Minutes But the Final One With Abdus-Salaam Landing Some Big Rights to the Chin.

Light Heavyweight Southpaw Arjan Iseni (4-0, 4 Kos) Stopped Kaine Tomlinson, Jr. (1-1, 1 ko) at 1:03 of the second round of a Schedoled Four Rounds, Scoring Three Knockdowns.

In the First Round, Arseni Dropped Tomlinson Early With A Lead Left Into the Lower Ropes for An 8-Count from Referee Mary Glover. In the Final Minute Again, A Lead Left On The Chin from Arseni and Down Went Tomlinson for Another 8-Count from Referee Glover.

In the second round, arseni scored a third knockdown with a straight left to the chin, forcing referee glover to call a halt without a cent.
