Next stop: results!

What makes the speed train of 25 minutes different?

With a targeted volume training, you will train for time, not the counting of fixed representatives. This allows you to go at your own pace while keeping an appropriate shape. As you progress, training sessions do it too – relax with longer work intervals, an increase in time -on and more compound movements.

This full body approach helps prevent muscle imbalances, supports lasting force gains and gives you a challenge that you can repeat and level each time. After your first 8 weeks, run again and look at more repetitions with heavier weights!

What do the training sessions look like?

Joel has created a full 8 -week calendar which includes 48 unique training sessions plus 2 recovery sessions that alternate each week. You will train 7 days a week: 5 resistance, 1 basic cardio and 1 flexibility and mobility. Each 25 -minute drive targets the upper, lower, nucleus or complete body, and you will hit all muscle groups, including the smallest – at least twice a week. The result? A total transformation of the body in less time, with a structure as durable as it is effective.

Build muscle strength and endurance on your back, shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps.
