Crystal McKinney was appointed on Friday in a legal action modified for the first time against Harvey Weinstein In February, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
McKinney, a former model, accused the film’s tycoon in disgrace of assaulting him sexually, as well as a friend in a hotel in New York, in 2003.

“Harvey Weinstein categorically denies bizarre and fantastic claims made against him by Crystal McKinney in his complaint,” Weinstein’s Digital News Digital, Imran H. Ansari told Fox News.

McKinney said that Weinstein “then exposed himself to women before entering the bathtub”, then ordered women to join him in the bathtub.
“The plaintiff and Jane respected his request, because they felt supported in a corner and feared that he would ride against them if they refused his sexual advances,” said the complaint.
Weinstein would then have “ordered women to engage in same -sex sexual behavior with each other”. He would then have “looked gruesily, taking a perverse joy to force women to engage in sexual acts with each other”.

“At one point, Weinstein dragged women into a state of drunkenness outside the bathtub and in the room,” said the complaint. “Weinstein then pushed the applicant on the bed and raped it.”
After Weinstein “stopped attacking the applicant, he also entered Jane,” said the documents. After the incident, Weinstein left the hotel room. The hotel phone rang and Weinstein’s assistant said women to leave the hotel room immediately.
In May 2024, McKinney filed a complaint against Diddy before a Federal Tribunal in Manhattan. She said that the producer of power “had exercised the plaintiff in alcohol throughout the dinner when he has repeatedly filled her glass of wine”. After the meal, Combs would have asked McKinney to meet him in his studio on the 44th street, and she felt “reassured that she would be with others at the studio rather alone in a personal residence”.

“The assault led the applicant in a fall in anxiety and depression,” said the prosecution. “Around 2004, the applicant tried to commit suicide and was hospitalized.” She claimed to feel an addiction to alcohol and drugs in order to face “the emotional trauma of being attacked”.
Diddy is currently tried and risks 15 years in life in the event of a conviction for sexual crimes and racketeering. Weinstein received a new trial after his conviction for sexual assault in 2020 was canceled.
In a decision 4-3, the court concluded that the first instance judge of Weinstein authorized prosecutors to call women who declared that Weinstein had attacked them to testify, even if their accusations were not specifically linked to the charges of the entertainment magnate.
