Debby Ryan shared a heartbreaking tribute Jeff Baena What would have been the 48th birthday of the screenwriter and director.
Take Instagram On Sunday, June 29 to reflect on his friend, a late husband Aubrey plazaRyan, 32, contained a carousel of memories, presenting the couple’s friendship.
“Happy birthday Jeff ✨Bear with me, I’ve never had a public sorrow, and it’s hard for me to share fragile feelings with strangers. While I have been thinking about him every day for the last six months,” Ryan, who appeared in 2020 Horse girl and 2022 Spin on me Both of them were guided by Bena, wrote. “At the beginning of the year, I lost a beloved friend, a beloved partner and a mentor in Jeff Baena. It has been very hard and heavy, and many people lost him because he was like the core of this jeff world.”
His photos included memories of time with Ryan and with him musician husband– Josh dunas well as the famous face including Ayden Mayer– Matthew Gray Gubler– Fred Arminen and Zach Woods.
Ryan also marked Alison briewho bubble both Horse girl and Spin on me With Baena, the last picture of Karusel. Baenan was shown to work in various projects and enjoy the downtime with his friends.

I’m really proud to say that,” Ryan wrote. “Jeff was a rare person in the world who gave me valueless myself that I was taken to my present. And I liked who he saw. As a good friendship helps you to love yourself, good collaboration gives you the best development of yourself.”
The tribute included a comment decision in the comment section, which Ryan distributed several minutes after the original carousel was sent.
“For six months, trying to understand this, vibrating the need for heavy sadness and acceptance, trying to go through some better feelings – trying to adapt to previous tensions. Trying to release guilt that I can’t rescue my friend. Trying to forgive my friend,” Ryan wrote. “Six months of things happen that Jeff never knows about, it’s so crazy. Six months trying to accept the new impossibility of those things.
Baena died January 3 in her death later decided suicide.
