A Texas Doctor Who was prosecuted after having exposed transgender medical treatments given to brutally laughed at the dissident opinion of liberal judges in the decision of the Supreme Court on Wednesday in us c. Skrmetti, calling for their “crazy” and illogical arguments in a rare discussion thread on x.
In a decision of 6-3 Wednesday, the court confirmed a law of Tennessee prohibiting transgender treatments for minors, liberal justice Sonia Sotomayor dissent.
Dr. Eithan Haim, a general surgeon who previously worked at the Children’s Hospital in Texas, castigated the three liberal judges for arguing that state law discriminated against the base of sex because “male adolescents can receive drugs that help them look like boys”, but women cannot access the drugs that help them look like boys.
“But it’s crazy,” wrote Haim. “These treatments are intended for diagnosed pathologies in order to restore normal physiology.”

“It would be like saying that a patient without cancer, but” identifies himself as having cancer “is being discriminated against because a doctor refuses to give them chemotherapy,” he laughed.
He also criticized the liberal judges for claiming the majority opinion “torso logic” while offering the aforementioned argument.
“They have the audacity to claim the majority opinion” contains logic “while they rely on anti-logic”, wrote Haim.
Haim reprimanded the judges to behave as if they were “certified and practicing doctors” while defending puberty blockers, one of the transgender treatments in the center of the high -level case.
After the judges argued that children who identify themselves as a different sex from their “sex identified at birth” should be allowed to take puberty blockers, Haim ransacked the declaration as a “medical madness”.
“It is not real. It has no foundation in objective and observable reality,” he reprimanded. “It has as much legitimacy as your local voodoo sorcerer – like using the foot of a rabbit to treat a hemorrhage carotid artery.”

Haim accused the judges of not paying attention to oral arguments by citing “demystified” discussion points for the safety of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), an organization that establishes health standards for Transgenre medicine.
“This is the same organization whose legitimacy was completely decimated during the oral arguments,” he laughed.
Haim also struck the judges for calling the “affirmative care” a “question of life and death” for some patients, which he underlined, even the lawyer for Aclu Chase Strangio had to admit During the oral arguments, the arguments had no impact on the suicide rates completed.
“It is like a judge approving a guilty verdict in a murder case after discovering that the victim was still alive,” he wrote.
The doctor said that there was even more “anti-logical propaganda and wpath” of the judges he had not mentioned before ringing the alarm on what it means for the judges seated in the highest court in the country.
“Although we have won this case, we must not fail to appreciate the seriousness of the situation,” he warned. “These judges are seated on the highest court of our country while living in a reality informed by fantasy. This is not a good situation,” he concluded.

Haim was prosecuted by the Biden Justice Department After having disclosed documents to the media which revealed that Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston carried out transgender medical procedures on minors until May 2023. Hospital management had announced that it had ceased to carry out sex change and puberty blockers the previous year, after the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton children under state law.

“The United States has finally agreed to abandon the case against Dr. Haim, and the court has just surrendered,” said Marcella Burke, lawyer for Eithan Haim, to Digital Fox News in January. “The case has been rejected with prejudice so that the federal government can never come after him for whistling the secret pediatric transgender program in Texas Children’s Hospital.”
