Jackson is accusing Turner-Smith for the announcement of his 5-year-old daughter Juno to a new school without his permission. Jackson stated that Juno was designed to start a visit to school for kindergarten courses this fall. In addition, he stated that the new school was not a 45-minute commute to his home, which he and Turner-Smith claimed to have agreed.

“The defendant respects the provisions that the minor child continues the current school for the following academic year 2025-2026 and that the joint consent of the parents is required for a later school change,” the document claims.
