On Tuesday, March 18, Moneybagg Yo came through with a lil’ throwback, reflecting on his fitness journey in an Instagram post. The ‘Said Sum’ rapper dropped a set of photos and videos showing off his body transformation and now healthy lifestyle.

The pics show him post-workout, while the videos show him going HAM in the gym. He even gave fans a peek at his daily meals and supplements, such as Black seed oil and sea moss.
