Heather Graham And Jane Seymour dives directly in summer with new beach selfies in Italy.
Seymour took In Instagram To share a photo with Graham in the big beach hats, sunglasses and their swimsuits – enjoy their summer vacation.
“Heather Graham and I plunged directly into summer mode. Salt water in our hair, the sun on our cheeks and just enough mischief to guess the seagulls,” started Seymour.

She then asked: “If you were a mermaid for a day, what secret of the ocean would you start first?”
Graham commented on Seymour’s post, writing: “You are a Jane inspiration! I’m so happy that we were able to spend time together.”

In the photo, Graham was seen bearing a black string bikini with oversized black sunglasses and a white sun hat. Seymour sported a swimsuit in a coral piece with black sunglasses and a black sun hat.

“Take advantage of the sun and the magic of the solstice. The longest day of the year provides for a little additional brilliance, a sea touch and a large heart open to the beauty of summer,” she subtitled her weekend post.

“It works so well and it is good,” said Seymour at the point of sale, adding that the diet, “understands many delicious dishes like tomatoes, olives and fish.”
Seymour explained that she could not find the diet.

“People ask me if I have a cheating day with my diet and I answer that I am never under a diet. … If you think you are following a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat.
“But if you find healthy foods, you really like who you feel good, you never feel short-circuited,” she said.
Seymour The physical form includes the fact of “moving” by making pilates and weight.
