A Honduran national was charged to the Federal Court after allegedly crushed a vehicle in a barricade outside the Reflected, floweryNavy Base and entered the base illegally while running from the police, according to the Ministry of Justice (DOJ).
Orly months Garcia Hernandez, 34, was accused of illegally entering military, naval or coastal guard, and resistant or hindering the arrest by a federal officer, the DoJ said in a press release.
On May 25, Garcia Hernandez would have crushed a barricade outside a checkpoint at Naval Air Station Pensacola Gate, then ran military forces on the basis to escape apprehension.

Military police finally captured Garcia Hernandez under the threat of a weapon after pursuit of the foot.
If he is convicted, Garcia Hernandez could incur up to 18 months in prison and his deportation.
