If you have scrolled Instagram, YouTube or Tik Tok, you have probably seen tons of different coaches and fitness trainers, but how do you know if a coach is legitimate?
Over the years, I have seen hundreds of people start selling online training and nutrition programs without certification, no training experience for real and unattended customers.
It’s not just misleading, it’s dangerous.
Helping to guide the training and nutrition of someone is a huge responsibility and I do not take it lightly.
So that you train with me MOVE Or choose another plan, here is why you should make sure that it is with a certified personal coach.
Why train with a certified personal coach?
A trainer who has been certified by an accredited program on a national scale like NASM must take intensive courses and tests to educate:
Like many professions, we are also required to finish a certain amount of continuing education to ensure that we stay up to date in the latest techniques, research and training methods.
Personally, I finished more than 20 various training specializations, including pre and post natal training, agility, yoga and recently received a new certification as behavior Change specializing in Nasm.
Not all certifications are created equal.
Whether you are looking for a trainer or you are certified yourself, be sure to find an accredited program on a national scale.
This is really the only way to make sure it is 100% legitimate and meets the highest training standards.
THE National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) is one of the most respected and most famous companies where I get my certifications.
If you are looking to extend your knowledge or even become a coach yourself, consult them certainly.
