The constitutional panel ratifies the bill to stop cooperation with the AIAA after the Israeli strikes and strikes on Iranian nuclear sites.
The Council of Iranian tutors has ratified legislation approved by Parliament to suspend Teheran’s cooperation with the United Nations nuclear guard dog, IAEA, after the War with Israel and the United States.
The Iranian media reported Thursday that the appointed council, which had the veto power on the bills approved by the legislators, noted that the measure of the Parliament “is not in contradiction with the Islamic principles and the Constitution”.
The spokesman for the Guardian Council, Hadi Tahan Nazif, told the official state news agency Irna, that the government was now required to suspend cooperation with IAEA For “full respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran”.
Nazif added that the decision had been caused by “attacks … by the Zionist regime and the United States against peaceful nuclear installations”.
The bill will be submitted to President Masoud Pezeshkian for final approval and would allow Iran “to benefit from all the rights specified under … the non-proliferation treaty, in particular with regard to enrichment in uranium,” said Nazif.
The president of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf suggested that the legislation was now binding after the approval of the Guardian Council.
“Continuous cooperation with the agency, which plays a protector of anti-human interests and an agent of the illegitimate Zionist regime by the pretext of war and aggression, is not possible until the security of our nuclear facilities is ensured,” said Ghalibaf in a social position.
However, the IAEA said on Thursday that it had not received official communication from Iran concerning the suspension.
Iranian officials have denounced the AEAA’s failure to condemn Israeli attacks on the country’s nuclear installations.
Before War startedTehran said it has obtained Israeli documents that show that IEA had information in Israel on the Iranian nuclear program – allegations that have been refused by the agency.

For years, Iranian nuclear sites are under a strict inspection of the IAEA, in particular by a constant video flow. But it seems that Iran has moved its stocks of highly enriched uranium in the facilities before being bombed by Israel and the United States during the recent war, putting them for the first time UN observers.
Americans and Israeli officials having argued that military strikes heard Iran’s nuclear program for years. But suspend cooperation with the IAEA could degenerate the program, although Tehran insists that he does not seek nuclear weapons.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Thursday that Moscow was “interested in Iranian cooperation with AIAA pursuit”.
“We are interested in all those who respect the supreme chief of Iran, who has repeatedly declared that Iran does not provide and would not intend to create nuclear weapons,” said Lavrov.
The German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Johann Wadephul, also told journalists that Berlin “urges the Iranian government not to take this path” and to stop cooperation with the board of directors.
On June 13, Israel launched a surprise bombing campaign against Iran, hitting residential buildings and nuclear sites and military facilities, killing the best commanders and scientists as well as hundreds of civilians.
Iran responded with missile dams that have left great destruction in Israel and killed at least 29 people.
Sunday, the United States joined Israel and launched Unprecedented strikes On Ford, Isfahan and Natanz nuclear sites.
After Iran’s reprisal attack on an American military base in Qatar, a cease-fire was reached between countries.
