In a cheeky new partnership developed by creative firm RTO+P (a Mod Op company), the flame-haired actress is lending her signature sass to celebrate the return of Ginger Lime, one of the brand’s most requested flavors.

Timed to perfection around St. Patrick’s Day, the campaign takes a bold, social-first approach that plays up Isla Fisher’s comedic charm and undeniable redhead energy.

“People are looking to escape on social and be entertained,” Steve Red, Co-Chief Creative Officer of RTO+P, a Mod Op Company, told The Blast. “Our Sparkling Ice consumers engage with us most when we’re our Anything but Subtle selves, finding ways to add more flavor to their lives.”

So why Fisher? Red says the choice was obvious. “She’s a self-described ginger ninja, so to have her lead the ginger world in being the first to know about and taste this fan-favorite return was a no-brainer. Plus her charmingly funny Aussie vibe always slays,” he explained.

According to Red, the creative concept practically wrote itself.

“Sparkling Ice fans have been begging for Ginger Lime to come back. We constantly see social comments about missing this fan-favorite, so when we heard it would be arriving as an Amazon exclusive, we knew we had to make a big deal. We loved the notion of Gingers representing Ginger,” he shared with The Blast.

Despite Fisher currently filming in Australia, the production rolled ahead with enthusiasm and plenty of laughter. “Isla was up EARLY to make the U.S. schedules, but she was a great partner and we had lots of laughs as we went back and forth with her developing the content,” Red added.

Even a one-word endorsement can make waves, especially when it comes from another famous redhead.

When Sparkling Ice announced the return of its fan-favorite Ginger Lime flavor on Instagram, actress Leslie Mann jumped into the comments with a simple but enthusiastic “Yum.”

The one-word comment didn’t go unnoticed. “We were gushing over the comments section,” Steve Red told The Blast. “Nothing better than to see ginger supporting ginger.”

The brand’s playful Instagram caption read, “Apparently having ginger hair gives the opportunity to give an official take on Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime.” With Isla Fisher leading the comeback and support pouring in from fellow flame-haired celebs, it’s safe to say this ginger-approved flavor has the redhead seal of approval.

And if you’re wondering what Sparkling Ice wanted most from this zesty reintroduction, the message is simple.

“That our beloved Ginger Lime flavor is back and ginger-approved. We hope old fans and new fans alike will find Sparkling Ice packs a punch of full flavor with this addition to our Amazon lineup.”
