On Saturday, March 22, Bieber opened up about his struggles with anger in an Instagram postwriting, “I’ve got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh.”
Accompanying his words were three photos: a close-up selfie in a hoodie, a childhood throwback, and what appears to be his baby son, Jack Blues, lying on a blanket while watching a movie on a projector.
In a follow-up postthe singer stated, “I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic. Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough, but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”

These posts follow a string of recent introspective messages from the 31-year-old singer, including a religious reflection on “forgiveness” shared via Instagram Stories the previous day.
He also revisited a 2019 Instagram caption from his wife, Hailey Bieber, about embracing vulnerability, responding with, “Still relevant, boo.”
Lately, Bieber’s social media presence has been filled with posts about having “nothing to prove,” feeling “unworthy,” and the importance of letting “hate go by first acknowledging it’s there.”

On March 16, Justin took to his Instagram Stories to share that he is ready to “let hate go.”
The pop star noted, “I WAS ALWAYS TOLD WHEN I WAS A KID NOT TO HATE … BUT IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASNT ALLOWED TO HAVE IT AND SO I DIDN’T TELL ANYONE IVE HAD IT.”
The “Peaches” singer admitted that suppressing those feelings left him feeling like he was “DROWNING, FEELING UNSAFE TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT,” and emphasized the importance of facing emotions head-on: “I THINK WE CAN ONLY LET HATE GO BY FIRST ACKNOWLEDGING IT’S THERE.”
Reflecting on past pain, he added, “HOW COULDN’T WE FEEL HATE FROM ALL OF THE HURT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED?” a message he fittingly paired with SZA’s “I Hate U.”
The next day, he followed it up with a much shorter message: “If they aren’t talking sh-t U must not be goin crazy enough.”

On March 13, Bieber shared a deeply personal message about self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness.
“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin (you) deserve that,’ and I personally have always felt unworthy. Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, Damn, if only they knew my thoughts,” he wrote.
He continued, “How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this. I say all this to say. If you feel sneaky, welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”
His cryptic posts have sparked speculation, including rumors of drug use, which his representative has dismissed as “salacious.”

Amid the buzz about Bieber’s well-being, a source close to the “Peaches” hitmaker assured People Magazine that “things are fine” for the family.
They shared that Hailey, 28, has been focused on work while Justin has been busy creating music. “They’re just doing their thing,” the source said. “They’re not concerned with what people think.”
The insider added that Justin and Hailey are embracing parenthood. “They love being parents,” the source added, referencing their son, Jack Blues, born in August 2024.
A rep for the singer also shut down rumors about Bieber using “hard drugs,” telling TMZ that they are false and that Bieber has simply been focused on making music.
On Friday, March 21, Bieber and his wife Hailey took a break from parenting duties as they stepped out for sushi in West Hollywood, California.
The couple kept their looks casual for the outing. Bieber wore an oversized white shirt paired with black baggy pants and white sneakers, while Hailey opted for a chic ensemble featuring a light tan jacket, a white tank top, and low-rise black pants, accessorized with a black handbag.
Prior to their sushi date, they were spotted on an outing at Disneyland alongside singer The Kid LAROI.
The trio embraced the theme park spirit, wearing matching Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears as they explored the attractions.
