By Daytona Beach News-JournalThe incident took place on Friday, June 20 at 12:30. Rosencranz was reported to stand in the deep water of the ankle near 27th avenue beach when he was beaten. Later, the lifeguards performed CPR on Jake Rosencranz and was taken to Adventhealth at New Smyrna Beach.
