Manchester United finally showed glimpses of what they could be under Ruben Amorim with a scintillating display to see off Real Sociedad in the Europa League on Thursday.

United swept aside the Liga club with Bruno Fernandes scoring a hat-trick, including two penalties, in a 4-1 win that completed a 5-2 aggregate triumph.

The challenge is to replicate that performance level on a regular basis, starting on Sunday at second-bottom Leicester City.
