Host “in real time” Bill Maher And representative Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, hammered Whoopi Goldberg and “The View” Friday after the co-host said that the life of black Americans was equivalent to women living under the oppressive theocratic regime of Iran.

The member of the Texas Congress also stressed that his father, who grew up under Jim Crow, is now the father of a member of the United States Congress in a white majority district who ran as a republican.
