Meta announces Xbox-branded Quest 3S that supports cloud gaming

Meta announced today that it made a limited edition of its Quest 3S Helmet in collaboration with Xbox. The Xbox edition is a package supplied with a Quest 3S helmet, an elite strap, Touch Plus controllers and an Xbox wireless controller, all in the distinctive Xbox colors of carbon black and speed. The collaboration highlights the catalog of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Cloud Gaming, the latter is available on the platform. The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition will be launched today for $ 399.99 and will be available for a limited period.

According to Meta, this is the first limited edition of a Quest helmet, although it has collaborated with Xbox for years. The Xbox application was launched at the quest in 2023, offering users access to the gaming cloud version available via Game Pass Ultimate. The current Library of titles supported by the Cloud currently has more than 100, and this quest 3 is delivered with 3 months of ultimate game game included (as well as 3 months of Meta Horizon +).

The titles available through streaming Cloud include southern Midnight, Avowed and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. Players can use both Touch Plus controllers and all Xbox controllers, although the Xbox controller provided with the bundle is pre-apparatus with the helmet.

Lori Wright, vice-president of Xbox games and business game games game partnerships, “said in the announcement ticket:” We are proud of what we have built with Meta, and we cannot wait for you to dive into all that Meta Quest 3S Edition has to offer. Large teams and great technology meet. »»
