Meta is reportedly building AI smart glasses with Prada, too

Meta works on a pair of smart glasses AI with the Italian haute couture brand, Prada, according to a report of CNBC Tuesday. It is not clear at this moment when the Prada smart glasses in Meta will be announced publicly.

Prada’s reported collaboration means that Meta aims to bring its AI Smart Lunes technology to more fashion companies outside its relationships with the giant of Essilorluxottica glasses. So far, Meta has collaborated in close collaboration with Essilorluxottica and its many brands. Prada does not belong to Essilorluxottica, although the fashion brand is based on the company to help build its glasses for decades and companies renewed their partnership.

Meta has already sold millions of smart glasses Ray Ban Meta ai.
