Pete Davidson And Elsie Hewitt Hard-Launch Relationship On IG

Pete Davidson is officially off the market and making it social media official.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum and his rumored new flame, actress and model Elsie hewithave gone public with their romance.

On Thursday night, Hewitt posted a playful clip of Davidson to her Instagram Stories, making their budding relationship Instagram-official.

The lighthearted video began with the nostalgic theme song from “Rugrats,” then transitioned to footage of Davidson smiling in a loosely tied white bathrobe. He and Hewitt shared a laugh as the camera panned, offering a rare glimpse into their chemistry.

While the timeline of their relationship remains unclear, Page Six first reported last week that Davidson was seeing someone “very different” from his past partners.

“She respects Pete and his desire for privacy,” a source told the outlet. “Although things are new for Pete, he really likes this woman.”

Just a day prior to Hewitt’s Instagram debut of Davidson, paparazzi photos surfaced of the couple packing on the PDA during a getaway in Palm Beach, Floridasparking curiosity about the mystery brunette. Page Six later confirmed the woman was indeed Hewitt.

The actress, best known for her modeling work and a few screen appearances, has been romantically linked to names like music producer Benny Blanco and actor Jason Sudeikis in the past.

Davidson, meanwhile, has become known for his high-profile dating history, which includes Ariana GrandeKaia Gerber, and Phoebe Dynevor, Kim Kardashianamong others. Still, the “King of Staten Island” star has expressed discomfort with being known primarily for his love life.

“I just want to be known for doing good work,” he told In Magazine in a December 2024 interview. “I want to be out there only when it’s (a) movie, stand-up, charity, or business ventures. That’s when I want to be seen.”

The comedian echoed that sentiment in a 2023 appearance on Jon Bernthal’s “Real Ones” podcastwhere he pushed back on the public’s fascination with his relationships.

“In 12 years I’ve dated 10 people,” Davidson noted. “That became all anyone would talk about.”

“I’m not on Instagram. I’m not on social media. I’m not, like, flexing, you know what I mean?”

Those comments came one year after his relationship with Kardashian ended.

What started as a playful sketch on “Saturday Night Live” quickly turned into one of Hollywood’s most talked-about romances.

When Kardashian hosted “SNL” in October 2021, she shared an onscreen kiss with Davidson during an “Aladdin”-themed skit, and it turns out, that magic carpet ride sparked something real.

Shortly after the episode aired, the pair were spotted on a series of adorable dates in both Los Angeles and New York City, sparking widespread speculation about their relationship. By November, they had made things official.

For nine months, Kardashian and Davidson’s romance captured headlines. From private dinners to public appearances, the duo seemed smitten. But when Davidson jetted off to Australia for a film project, the long-distance strain reportedly began to take a toll.

Sources close to the situation cited several factors behind the eventual breakup, including their 13-year age gap and differing lifestyles.

“Pete is 28 and Kim is 41, they are just in very different places at the moment,” a source told Page Six at the time. “Pete is totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is on a moment’s notice. But Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy. She needs to focus on the kids.”

Despite going their separate ways, both stars appear to have moved forward positively.
