Phaedra Parks Blasts The ‘M2M’ Cast As ‘Angry Black Women’

Bravo viewers were beyond excited to welcome Phaedra Parks back to the network during season 10 of their hit reality series “Married to Medicine.” But after a year and a half of being involved in the mess, the lawyer and mother of two walked away from the crew during a heated exchange in Key West, Florida, during season 11.

The reunion would’ve been the place for Phaedra Parks to express her feelings to the rest of the women. However, she decided to skip the filming special altogether. But that doesn’t mean she wasn’t involved. During a sneak peek of the three-part special, which will air on March 23, 2025, Andy Cohen showed the ladies a clip of a never-before-seen confessional of Parks, and in it, she had choice words for her ex-co-stars.

Phaedra Parks Blasts Her Co-stars As ‘Angry Black Women’

For those who may be unfamiliar with the situation, Parks returned to “Married to Medicine” for season 11. However, she quit halfway through the production after saying she was surprised by her ex-husband and his new wife while filming their cast trip in Florida.

But that’s not all that Parks went through during her run on the show. The reality star, who will also make her return to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” for season 16 later this year, feuded intensely with some of the other women, including Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Simone Whitmore, and Dr. Jackie Walters.

When Parks was leaving the cast trip, she told Walters that she doesn’t “play with these types of mean girls” before informing her that she wouldn’t return to the group.

At the reunionCohen played one of Parks’ final confessionals, in which she addressed her departure and the status of her relationship with the women.

When asked what she’d learned from the ladies, Parks said she discovered they were “trash” individuals before saying she didn’t “enjoy anything about this group.” She continued: “I feel like they’re demonic minions of hell.”

However, her reckless comments didn’t end there. Parks continued and slammed the cast of doctors and doctors’ wives as “those b-tches,” adding they’re “mean, angry, Black women” who are nasty to other women of color because they’re “jealous” and “fat.”

On X, formerly Twitter, Bravo fans began reacting to the sneak peek, and many seemingly agreed with Parks’ assessment of the women.

“So, y’all gonna sit … here and act like ‘Married to Medicine’ have not been mean, nasty girls who treat folks like crap?” one user asked. “Phaedra said exactly how she felt.”

Another user agreed and called out some of the women who have “accused someone of doing drugs” and “f-cking (a) married man.”

“Why are we acting like the ‘M2M’ ladies haven’t made up crazy rumors as well?” a third person wrote. “Like, what behavior is different?”

Phaedra Parks Has Been In The Hot Seat With Her Co-Stars

Although Parks’ comments could be surprising to some, she has been on the defense with her co-stars for some time.

Tensions began to boil when Parks appeared on “Dancing With The Stars” and boldly claimed to revive “Married to Medicine.”

“Well, of course I did,” she said. “I revive most shows. Look at the numbers for ‘Married to Medicine.'”

Quad Webb, who joined the reality show during its first season in 2013, clapped back at her during an interview of her own and expressed her disappointment with Parks’ comments, adding that their show gave her a chance to return to “the world of entertainment.”

“So, pay homage to the girls because we won’t be paying homage to you,” Webb finished.

Kimes also opened up about Parks during an interview with Deadline and praised the “Traitors” alum for being a “great girl” and a “beautiful woman.” However, the “Smiles by Heavenly” business owner doesn’t believe Parks meshes well with her social circle.

“… (but) I think, her value systems are a little bit different from ours. I mean, we’re married to medicine. We’re very family-oriented, as far as like being a unit with a husband and wife. We’re doctors or doctors’ wives. I don’t think she ever fit in that capacity,” she said.

Despite leaving the “Married To Medicine” ladies in her rearview, Parks still has a thriving career on Bravo.

In the summer of 2024, the attorney announced her grand return to “RHOA” with a special Instagram post in which she was seen wearing a flashy two-piece set while holding a peach in front of a private jet.

“You called, I answered,” she captioned the carousel of pictures.
