Putin says NATO’s increased defense spending poses no 'threat' to Russia




Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that NATO’s desire to increase defense spending was not a “threat” against Moscow, before the alliance of a plan to strengthen European military capacity. In an end -of -evening briefing, Putin promised to continue to move forward in Ukraine and rejected the legitimacy of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
