The former president of Russia said that several countries were about to provide Iran from nuclear warheads after the United States has launched strikes against Three Iranian nuclear installations.
“The enrichment of nuclear materials – and now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons – will continue,” said Dmitry Medvedev, now assistant to the Security Council of Russia, in a Sunday x position.
“A number of countries are ready to directly provide Iran their own nuclear warheads,” said Medvedev.
Medvedev does not lists specific countries that could intervene and support Iran. However, Russia has historically supported the Iranian nuclear program. Russian president Vladimir Putin On Wednesday, also proposed to mediate peace talks between Iran and Israel.
Moscow also proposed to intervene and help negotiate a nuclear agreement between the United States and Iran.
Moscow was involved in the 2015 Iran agreement, known as the Complete Complete Action Plan. The agreement raised sanctions against Iran in exchange for limits of the Iranian nuclear program, but Trump withdrew from the agreement in 2018.

Medvedev’s comments occurred after the United States launched strikes on Saturday evening targeting the main Iranian nuclear installations: Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. The mission involved more than 125 American planes, including B-2 stealth bombersAccording to the president of the chiefs of joint staff, General Dan Caine.
President Donald Trump had said for days that he deliberated if he tried to strike against these sites.
The White House and the State Department did not immediately respond to a request for comments from Fox News Digital concerning the Declarations of Medvedev.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that strikes had violated international law and called for an “end to attack”.

“The irresponsible decision to submit the territory of a sovereign state to missiles and bombs attacks, whatever the arguments that can be presented, violate an outbreak of international law, the United Nations Charter and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia said on Sunday.
Before strikes, Iran warned that the United States would suffer if he chooses to get involved in the conflict, and previously issued reprisals against the bases where American troops were hosted after the United States killed an Iranian general in 2020.

Secretary of defense Pete Hegseth On Sunday to journalists that the United States would work with allies in the region to help protect force in the aftermath of strikes.
“We certainly understand the challenges of allies in the region,” said Hegseth. “And, we were respectful and working in collaboration with them with regard to the base and the sensitivities there.”
“In the end, they have a lot of assets and people in these places also where American troops are colocated. So, this is a consideration of ours.”
