History:

“Honestly, I hardly submitted my story Because I was not 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized: “Well, that’s the point, right?” Life will not be perfect all the time, and neither do we. It is during these imperfect moments that we must Bounce back and respect the foundations.


I started strong, but around the 6th week of the challenge, I had to undergo an unexpected operation, which took me for the rest of the challenge. Despite the roadblocks, I began at the LSF HBMP foundations and I am now 12 lighter pounds And a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If you take something in my story, whether it is: Do not leave a little hiccup ruining your whole trip! I could have thrown in the towel and abandon, but I did not do it, and the results are more incredible. You don’t need to be 100% perfect to see the results.

The “old me” would have abandoned the moment when I was operated on, thinking: “Va-le, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what is it for?” But I realized that The LSF is not only another diet or fashion – it’s really a lifestyle, and another interview! These last 8 weeks have proven me and, hope, to all those who follow my trip to Instagram. I have never felt (where I looked at myself) better, and the confidence I have now is invaluable.

History:

“The last three years have changed their life for me. I have founded a family, and I now have two wonderful babies, a two and a half year old child and a nine -month -old child. As my family has developed, I have the same. Really suffered from losing weight And maintained about 15 pounds more than I started. After my son, I just added to what I had already won, but this time I wanted to stop considering weight loss as a single goal, but rather a lifestyle forever that could be maintained. I lost 8 pounds During this challenge and I’m now under my preparation weight For my son !!

But this is not what is most important to me. In addition to my photos before and after this challenge, I have a Before and after the state of mind. Before thinking, if I don’t stick to my plan, I am a failure. I could also restart tomorrow. After I think, If I don’t stick to my plan, I’m fine, I’m human! I could as well Find joy in the moment because I’m still on my trip!

For me, this challenge was not perfect 55 -day application training sequence!), It was a question of having the Discipline to push me and remain consistent while having the grace to accept when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I did not have the energy to go, but I always found a way to move in the moment and give what I could. There were days when I appreciated an ice cream with my daughter, but I always made sure that I achieved my protein goals and that I made a vegetable with each meal. I am so proud of what I have accomplished in the past 8 weeks, but more importantly, I am proud of the framework that I have set up to continue to achieve my goals and Become the best version and model of myself for my children and my husband!“”

“”SSD was a challenge to open the eyes For me because it was my first 8 -week challenge to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and assess what prevented me from being happy in my skin and really trying with my nutrition. I Cut out excessive alcohol and try to be aware of what the calories went and came out! I 1000% increased my activity With bonus movements, application training and walking every day at least a mile at work or with my dog. I Arrested to apologize And started digging in my discipline reserve, something that has not been used for a long time.

A huge change that I implemented this challenge was in fact join a responsibility group. It was nice to see other women go through the same things as I was with the programs and feel burned, etc. But we Continue to introduce oneself to ourselves! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with moving my body again For 20 to 30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but also mental cognition and mood! I am a Knowledge of the fitness of sweat in its own right since 2019 And you keep impressing me with the quality and the quantity of challenges to motivate us and to the supply of our best. “”
