Orlando, Florida – The creators of Fortnite will soon have many more toys with which playing in a Unreal publisher in Fortnite (UEFN).
During the state of unreal Keynote today at Unreal Fest 2025, Epic Games announced a multitude of new intellectual property assets for the popular level creation tool. The content of the successful show Netflix Squid Game will arrive at the UEFN on June 27 in parallel with the release of the series final. Creators will also be able to use Avatar’s features, models and assets: The Last Airbender next year.
Star Wars will also be added to the UEFN on a future date and will allow players to tell their own stories in the Star Wars universe. And freshly out of the heels of the (controversial) inclusion of a Dark Vader propelled by AI This responds to the conversations of players to Fortnite, Epic revealed that creators will be able to create their own reactive AI characters using the new Persona device in UEFN.
This is not the first time that Fortnite creators have had access to licensed IP documents. Last year, added epic games Ninja Turtles mutant teenage at the UEFN, and more recently The Walking Dead.
The company has also revealed that the epic digital assistant, an AI functionality that helps developers write lines of code in verse (the programming language used in the UEFN) using prompts, is now available in beta on the site of the community of epic developers.
On the Fortnite Lego Front, a new Lego brick publisher is launched on June 17, which is delivered with 50 classic bricks in 42 different colors, allowing people to build new brick islands per brick.
Since the launch of the UEFN in 2023, Epic Games said that players had spent more than 11.2 billion hours in 260,000 islands made by users. As a result, around $ 722 million was paid to the creators.
