Stellantis proposes new board additions for tech and financial expertise (STLA:NYSE)

European carmaker Stellantis (NYSE:Stress) has proposed two new board members, Daniel Ramot and Alice Schroeder, to enhance its expertise in technology and financial oversight.

Ramot an Israeli-American entrepreneur and scientist and also co-founder and CEO of Via, brings significant experience
