Suspect faces multiple charges after ‘targeted terror attack’ in Boulder


Suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman is now faced with murder, assault and other accusations following what the FBI called a “Targeted terrorist attack” In Boulder, Colorado, during the weekend.

The violence on Sunday against a pro-Israeli group pleading for Hamas to disclose Israeli hostages left eight people, aged 52 to 88, with injuries, including one in critical condition, according to the FBI. The group is a basic organization that facilitates global race and walking events calling for the exit from Israeli Hostages held by Hamas. This particular chapter of the group meets every week, the police said.

Soliman would have shouted the “free Palestine” during the attack, which was near the county courthouse on Pearl Street.

The deputy director of the FBI, Dan Bongino, said that the attack was the subject of an investigation as an act of “ideologically motivated violence”, on the basis of first information, evidence and testimonies.
